I messaged Caroline directly, and she helped me schedule my appointment—she even ended up being my stylist that day. She went above and beyond to make the experience special, from offering gluten-free treats to welcoming my nieces and nephew to join in.

At my first appointment, I fell in love with a dress, but I wanted to be sure before making a decision.
