We recommend shopping and purchasing your gown at least 12 months in advance. Bridal gowns typically take 6 - 8 months to arrive (each one is made with love, just for you!), and you’ll want to leave time for alterations and bridal portraits. Every designer — and every dress — has its own timeline, so the earlier you start, the more stress free your experience will be!

No worries at all! While we recommend a 12-month timeline, we know not every love story runs on the same schedule. Many of our designers offer rush options, and we also have a beautiful selection of gowns available for immediate purchase right off the floor. Whether you're planning a whirlwind “I do” or just found us a little later in your bridal journey, we’ll make sure you walk down the aisle in something unforgettable.

Yes, we do require an appointment to try on bridal gowns — after all, finding the one deserves our full attention and care! For bridesmaids – appointments are required for Saturdays, walk ins are welcome during the week. For accessories and flower girl dresses, appointments aren’t required, but they are recommended. Booking ahead ensures you’ll have dedicated time with one of our expert stylists and a more personalized experience (plus, who doesn’t love a little extra pampering?)

If you find the one (and so many of our brides do!), we’ll take your measurements, walk you through all the details, place your gown order with the designer, and capture your official YES to the dress photo — because that moment deserves to be remembered forever! Celebrating is our favorite thing to do and we cannot wait to celebrate YOU!

Most brides choose their accessories when they say “YES” to the dress! It’s so much easier to envision your full bridal look when you’re standing in the gown. From veils to earrings to headpieces, we’ll help you pull it all together in that magical moment. Trust us — when it all comes together, you’ll feel it!

There’s no fee for our Premium Bridal Appointments — we simply require a $100 deposit to reserve your time with one of our expert stylists. Don’t worry, it’s fully refundable! As long as you show up or cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, that deposit goes right back to you.

Our Premium Bridal Appointment is our signature experience — a 90-minute one-on-one styling session with one of our experienced professional stylists. You’ll receive personalized guidance, thoughtful styling, and undivided attention as we help you discover the gown that feels like it was made just for you.

 

Absolutely! For the bride who loves a little extra, our Bubbles & Bites Appointment is the perfect way to celebrate this special moment. Enjoy a 2-hour bridal styling session with one of our expert stylists in a semi private suite, complete with a sweet treats plate, a bottle of bubbly, and a fun little bridal swag bag to take home! There is an additional charge for this upgraded experience.

We have comfortable seating for up to 4 people! 

If you are interested in bringing more guests, we are happy to accommodate an upgraded appointment.

Bring the people that matter most to you and will celebrate this special moment by your side. A smaller, meaningful group can make the experience more intimate and truly magical. Too many opinions can become overwhelming — and this moment is all about you and how you feel when you find the one. If someone special can’t be there in person, feel free to FaceTime them in — we love helping include your favorite people however we can!

You don’t have to bring anything other than your beautiful self! But if you want to feel extra prepared, we recommend bringing undergarments similar to what you plan to wear on your big day, as well as shoes with a heel height close to what you’re envisioning.

We’ll ask for a bit of wedding inspiration, and a member of our team will personally reach out before your visit to get to know you — your style, your story, and your vision for the big day. This helps us start dreaming up bridal looks tailored just for you, so your experience is as thoughtful and personalized as possible.

Yes, absolutely! Before your appointment, your stylist will thoughtfully pull gowns based on your vision — but once you arrive, she’ll take you shopping with her! We love when our brides get hands-on and feel inspired by what’s in the boutique. 

Because we’re a smaller, intimate space, we kindly ask that your guests remain seated during your appointment. This helps us keep the experience calm and focused — so you, and all of our brides, can soak in every magical moment.

Our bridal sample gowns range from a bridal size 10 up to a size 28. The majority of our samples are a bridal size 12. Bridal sizing is different from street clothes sizing. Bridal tends to run about 2 - 3 sizes smaller. No matter your shape or size, we’re here to make sure you feel confident and beautiful while finding your dream dress.

Our expert stylists use clips, panels, and a little bridal magic to give you the best possible vision of how a gown will look in your perfect size. Whether the sample is a bit too big or a little snug, we’ll make sure you feel beautiful and confident while imagining your walk down the aisle.

Absolutely — and we encourage it! Capturing those special moments helps you remember how you felt in each gown.

We receive gowns all throughout the year! We order new gowns about twice a year — but they aren’t tied to specific seasons and come in as they are ready. Designers release styles at different times, so there’s always something fresh and beautiful arriving in the boutique.

Our Bridal gowns start at $1,600 and go all the way up to $9,000. The majority of our gown range between $2,500 - $3,500.

We offer 2 payment options. Pay in full, or you may choose to finance your gown with us, accompanied by a 5% financing fee. A minimum of 60% deposit is required.

We accept all the things! That includes cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Because each gown is special and almost always made-to-order, all sales are final — we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

Standard shipping on bridal gowns is 6 - 8 months.

In most cases, yes — alterations are almost always needed to ensure your gown fits like a dream. Bridal gowns are made in standard sizing, so a few adjustments (like hemming, adjusting straps, shaping the bodice, and adding a bustle) help make it truly yours. 

We do not offer in house alterations. Alterations are a separate investment and are not done by or at Linen Jolie Bridal.

We currently carry gowns for debutantes, bridesmaids and flower girls, and we have the sweetest styles to complement your bridal vision! Our bridesmaids collection comes in all styles and colors, so your girls are guaranteed to look amazing by your side.

We sure do! We offer shipping anywhere in the USA on all of our items. Shipping costs vary depending on the item.

To protect our boutique and merchandise, no food or drink is allowed.

A Trunk Show is when one of our amazing designers sends us a curated selection of styles from their newest collection — many of which aren’t normally available in our boutique. It’s your chance to say “yes” to a gown that's here for a limited time and enjoy exclusive incentives during the event. Think of it as a little extra magic sprinkled on your dress journey!

Yes! In order to pick up your gown, you will need to schedule a Gown Pick Up appointment. A Gown Pick Up appointment allows us to prepare your gown, reserve a space, and assign a stylist to you. This is such a special moment and we want you to feel just as excited as the moment you said YES to your dress! It's also the perfect time to finalize your veil/accessory/jewelry/shoe selection if you haven’t already. Feel free to bring any undergarments you plan to wear with the gown.

Give your gown the love it deserves long after the “I do’s”! We offer professional wedding gown preservation packages, so you can keep your dress as beautiful as the day you wore it. Your gown will be fully cleaned, pressed, preserved and delivered right to your door. Just purchase your preservation kit from us, have someone drop your gown off after your big day and we’ll take care of the rest — it’s the perfect way to protect all those memories (and maybe even pass it down one day)!
